Welcome to Greenacre Lodge in the lovely Suffolk village of Hinderclay! We are just building a luxury holiday let which will be open in 2015 for bookings so sign up to receive news emails about this along the way. The Lodge will sleep five in three bedrooms, one king size with en suite, one king/twin bedroom and and a third with a single bed in it. The second and third bedroom share a beautifully fitted shower room. Downstairs, you will find a good sized open plan lounge and kitchen diner, with a well fitted boot room containing a washing machine and tumble drier for those days when the walks or bike rides produce some wet and muddy clothes! A cloakroom completes the indoor accommodation. Outside you can step out of your French doors onto a large deck area, with comfortable outdoor furniture. Beyond the deck is a large secluded garden with a sandpit and other toys provided for the children. The Lodge is fully child friendly, with a cot, stair gates and a selection of toys to keep them busy. In the kitchen you will find a wonderful range cooker, a cream shaker style kitchen with dishwasher and a good sized fridge freezer. You will want for nothing at your stay in Greenacre Lodge – if it isn’t there, let us know and we will try to source it for you, whatever it is! You will arrive to a wonderful welcome pack and a carton of free range eggs from our own chickens. Keep reading our blog to find out news of Hinderclay and Greenacre Lodge and book as soon as we start taking bookings – it will be in demand!!
Reviews
We have had such a wonderful summer holiday at Greenacre Lodge!
The house and gardens are so beautiful and our children have adored seeing the chickens and cats every day – we have had tears because they love it so much that they don’t want to go home!
A fantastic welcome and a fantastic rest. We have already booked for the summer!
Super weekend!
Most comfortable bed ever! Looking forward to coming back.
We have made some lovely family memories to treasure for ever.
Relaxing and invigorating half term break.
The decking has been glorious in the sunshine and a great bird watching and bat watching spot.
A lovely oasis from the ‘everyday busy’.
We had a fantastic week at the Lodge and went on all sorts of adventures in the area. Our whole family felt very welcomed.
